MADE TO ORDER MODEL
All pieces are handmade by Ella upon order through the shop. This made-to-order approach is a key part of our commitment to sustainability, as it helps minimise excess production and waste. Lead times vary from 5 days to 35 days, depending on demand. You will always be notified with the estimated lead time and shipping details after purchase. Full payment is taken upon purchase, and shipping costs are complimentary.
In the rare event that unforeseen circumstances arise, we are committed to providing you with prompt notice. As a one-woman operation, there is always the possibility of rare instances that could temporarily affect production timelines.
Additionally, while we strive to maintain ample supplies of materials, occasional shortages or unexpected factors beyond our control may impact production.
Rest assured, we will communicate openly and transparently with you should any such situation occur, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work diligently to fulfil your order to the best of our ability and to the highest quality.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Each piece is meticulously handmade to order by Ella. Due to the nature of handmade production, minor variations may occur from product to product. These variations are not faults but rather the unique characteristics of buying handmade. We celebrate the individuality of each piece crafted with care.
Faulty Items
If, by any unforeseen circumstance, you receive your order and discover a genuine fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will happily arrange an exchange for you. Please contact us at ellavicdesigns@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you with the process.
Change of Mind
As every EVD piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. This approach helps us reduce waste and ensure that each garment is created with purpose and care, aligning with our commitment to sustainability. We truly appreciate your understanding of this policy, which supports our focus on thoughtful production and minimal environmental impact.
However, if you receive an item that doesn’t quite fit, we are very happy to exchange it for a different size, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and within 7 days of receiving it. Please contact us at ellavicdesigns@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you with the process.
Custom Orders & Sizing
At Ella Victoria Designs, we are committed to offering a range of sizes to ensure that everyone can enjoy our pieces. Custom orders for sizes outside our standard range (AU 4, AU 14, AU 16, AU 18) are available upon request. Please note that custom orders are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please note that custom orders outside of our usual size range may incur additional costs due to the extra time, materials, and labour required to create them. We will always provide a clear breakdown of any additional costs before proceeding with your custom order.

All EVD pieces are made to order, with a lead time of 5 to 35 days.
Shipping Method
Standard shipping is complimentary and included with all orders under 1kg. Orders are dispatched via Australia Post, and each order will receive a tracking number upon dispatch. Please note that while Express Shipping is available for an additional cost, it does not alter the lead time for production.

International Shipping

- EVD does not bear responsibility for any delivery delays post-dispatch. In such cases, customers are advised to contact Australia Post for assistance.
- In the event of incorrect details provided during checkout resulting in the return of the order, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees incurred.
ORDER INFORMATION FOR STOCKISTS
Wholesale Orders
At Ella Victoria Designs, we offer a sustainable, custom-made, and waste-free approach to wholesale orders.
Our wholesale model is designed to ensure that each order is made to order, tailored specifically to your store’s needs. As a stockist, you can pre-select your desired styles, colours, and sizes and place a 50% deposit to secure your order. This process guarantees that you receive pieces that are perfectly suited to your customers while helping us reduce excess production and waste by creating only what is truly needed.
Once your order is confirmed, each piece is carefully handmade and completed within 35 days. The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery.
This made-to-order approach prioritises sustainability, high-quality craftsmanship, and a personalised experience for our stockists. It ensures that your store receives unique, well-crafted pieces that align with both your values and your customers’ needs, all while minimising environmental impact.
